I don't know how they could do it, but the people at CCP are pretty crafty. If we show enough support behind this, they can find a way. There's no doubt they like the cemetery too.

I like the idea for heat sinks, and I'll adjust my build for those. The cap does hold for a while with the repper and guns though. The nos and 2 cap relays help a lot more than you think.

No but it's a good low sp setup used fro striking. It's not going to be able to take a lot of damage, but it can put it out, and moves fast. You get in, kill, get out fast. That's striking.
